أهلن ^^

هالقوانين وضعتها مش لقصد التقييد..وإنما لتسهيل التفاهم..لأني في كل مرة احتاج أسردها على الزبونه عشان تفهمني ^^”

وكلها وضعتها بناء على خبرتي المتواضعه خخخخ وكل ماجد جديد بحطه هنا ان شاء الله

وضعت قونين تخص التعامل .. وقوانين تخص نوع الرسمه على التي شيرت..واتمنى تتفهموني

فيما يخص الرسمة عالتي شيرت:

- لااااااااااااااا ارسم أرواح على التي شيرت .. اعتذر بهالخصوص

- انا لاااااااااااااااااااااااااااااااا – واقولها بصوت عالي ومسموع – لااااااااااااا ارفع شعارات الحب الغير مشروع..سواء كان هذا الحب بين الجنسين او بين احدهما (والعياذ بالله) وانا جاده جدا جدا في هذا الموضوع ولا تهاون فيه ولو اكتشفت في يوم ان احد زبائني استخدمني لغرض من هذا النوع فإني اطالبه بإستعادة ما اشترى مني ومستعدة لإرجاع المبلغ الذي سلمني اياه! وانا بريئة منه ومن ماهو فيه..فتوقعوا اني اسأل سؤال صريح بخصوص الموضوع هذا..ليس بغرض التشكيك في الاخلاق ولكن زي ما يقولون اللي ما يعرفك يجهلك!

- لا احد يطلب مني اكتب بها اللغة الجديدة التافهه اللي مطلعينها…اللي تكتب عربي بحروف انجليش و 5 يعني خاء و 3 يعني عين ومدري وشو..!!! احولت عيوني وانا اقراهم واكتبهم..الى هنا وبس..ماعاد بسوي فنايل من هاللغة..ماقدرت اتقنها ولاني هاظمتها من اصل…اعرف لغتين بس (عربي) و (English) <<<والفارسي بالطريق XD
وغير هاللغات ما راح اكتب .. كنت اول عادي لما كانت مجرد نك نيم او كومينت صغير…الحين صارت مواضيع ومواقع كامله تنكتب بهاللغه…!!!

- انا ارسم فقط للبنات والشباب من سن 12 فما فوق لا اصغرررررررر….والسبب هو اني اجتهد نفس الجهد في جميع الحالات..وتي شيرتات الاطفال يتوقعون مني انها تكون اقل ثمنا..وانا زي ما قلت لكم اتعب نفس التعب..فإذا نزلت من تكلفتها ظلمت نفسي واذا رفعت سعرها ظلمت الزبون!!!! .. (إضافه الى اني مش متأكده من تأثير الالوان على جلود الاطفال المواليد فأنا هنا اخلي مسؤوليتي) لهذا السبب انا لاااااااااااا ارسم للأطفال .. معليش سامحوني <<<< ياشينك وانتي تتشرطين

- لاااااااااااااا أكرر الرسمة نفسها مرتين….كل زبون وله رسمه خاصه فيه…لاتطلبون مني اعيد نفس الرسمه على تي شيرت ثاني..نصيحه..لأني بكون ارسم من غير نفس وبخربها لكم ..وانا اعتقد انها ميزه لأن كل شخص يبي يكون متميز ومحد عنده مثله

- لاااااا اعمل هدايا عيد الميلاد…..لأني صراحة مش مقتنعه بفكرتها…لو جينا للحق يوم ميلادي هو يوم كأيب..سنه أقرب للقبر..ليه احتفل؟ من زود الثقه يعني؟ لو عيد زواج او عيد صداقه او عيد وطني هذي لها معنى قوي…أما عيد الميلاد؟؟؟ الرسول ما احتفل بعيد مولده..مع انه أولى لأن مولده كان خير وبركه عالبشرية ..ولا احتفل…أجي انا الإنسان اللي محد درى عني احتفل؟؟ ….عشان كذا اعتذرررر عن رسوم اعياد الميلاد .. ياخوفي تصير يوم من الأيام حفلة رسمية لعيد الميلاد أهم من حفلات الزفاف وغيرها!!!!!!!!!!!!

فيما يخص التعامل:

- الجديه ثم الجديه في الطلب.. لا وقت عندي للطلبات الغير جاده.

- التعامل سيكون في حدود البريد الإلكتروني فقط! لا اتعامل بالهاتف او الجوال.

-الدفع قبل العمل..يعني عند إعلامي بطلبك سوف ارسل لك الموافقه مع رقم حسابي في البنك..يتم الدفع ثم اباشر برسم التي شيرت حسب المده المتفق عليها.

-التي شيرت الذي يبقى عندي اكثر من ٣ شهور دون ان يتم استلامه من قبل صاحب الطلب يحق لي التصرف فيه ولايحق له استرجاع المبلغ الذي دفعه (يبدأ عد الآشهر من اللحظه التي يتلقى فيها صاحب الطلب رسالة انتهاء العمل من طلبه ) فقط

- انا املك الحق في الإحتفاظ بصورة التي شيرت وعرضها في موقعي الشخصي او غيره ،، ونسبها لي ولا احد غيري يملك هذا الحق

These Rules been Applied not For limitation .its just to ease dealing with customers ..because each time I have to tell any customer about it all over again .. all of it based on my little Experience ..and whenever something new came up .I’ll post it here inshllah .

I Applied Rules when it comes to dealing and another one when it comes to Drawing ,, please try to understand me .

For painting “Drawing “ on the T-shirt :

- I don’t Draw souls .. Sorry about that ..

I Don’t and I say it louder again I DO NOOOOOOOOOOOT Support Love and illegal Relations ships… Either it was between both Gender or one of them “Allah forbid” , and I’m Really serious about this Subject without any negligence , and if I found out one day that some one used me for this Reason , I’ll demand To return my T-shirt and I’m willing to pay his/her money back for them ..and I’m innocent from him/her and what they are into . so Expect that I’ll ask a direct Questions about these stuff .not to Question your ethics .. but just as they said : who doesn’t know you , not aware who you are.

- do not ask me to Write with this stupid new language they invent ,the one they Write Arabic with an English letters ,like 5 means khha in Arabic and 3 means Ein and whatever !!! my eyes Got twitch while Reading or Write it !! till here and stop ..i’ll never Do T-shirts with this language.. cant Mastered it or even like it .. I just know two languages “ Arabic & English “ <<< and learning Persian lol just kidding ^.^.. and except these languages I’ll never Write ,, in the past it was easy for me when it was just “ nicknames or small comments “ but now it’s A whole language used for subject and Websites !!!

- I Draw for girls and boys older than 12 years old ,not younger . because I’m doing the same work for each one , and they Expect me to sell Children’s T-shirts in lower prices . but as I said I do the same Drawing and Designing due to the same Work in all the T-shirts ,so if I lower its prices it unfair for me and if I make the prices high it not Fair for my customers , ( included to that I don’t know how colors affect children’s Skin or something like that , that’s why I’m not Responsible for it ) , this is the Reason that I don’t Draw for children ,please forgive me.

- I don’t Repeat The Paint or Design two Times : Each customer have its own paint and design .. don’t Ask me do Re-Draw Any paint on another T-shirt .. its just An advice .. because I’ll get mad and Ruin it for you ..and I think this is A good thing that each person have its own T-shirt no one Share it with him/her .

- I don’t Do birthday’s Gifts : because honestly I’m not convinced about the idea . and if we take a look back .. my birthday is the Saddest Day ever , another Closer year to Tomb “kabor “ , and why do I celebrate that ? ..am I so confident about it ?? but if it was a marriage anniversary ,Friendship day , or national day Celebration . those have a deep meanings… but Birthdays ??? Prophet Muhammad “peace be upon him” didn’t Celebrate his birthday !! and he deserve it more than anyone because his birth was such a blessing and Good thing on the humanity.. and he didn’t celebrate , and I come me the human who no one knows about ?? and celebrate :S

That’s why I’m sorry I don’t Draw for birthday parties …

When it comes to Dealing with me :

- be Serious when you Order please .. because I’m so Serious and I don’t have time to joke .

- Dealing is just limited in The email . no more such : mobile or numbers .

- Payment before Working .i.e. After you send your order I Replay with the Approval And my bank account number included.. then I’ll Start working on the T-shirt after money been Transferred .

- the t-shirt which stays with me more than 3 months without receiving it , I will have the right to do anything with it and the costumer wont be able to have the money back . counting starts from the time that the customer received e mail tells him that his order is finished.

- I have the right to view the photo of the t-shirt in my website or anywhere els , and belong it to me and no 1 els have this right ecsept me!
